We had the chance to capture the essence of the Teenage Cancer Trust Staff Day at the Barbican Centre, London. The brief was to create a concise, three-minute highlight video that would showcase the entire event, from the moment everyone arrived to all the group activities that followed. Our mission was to deliver the final video in time to be screened at the event at the end of the day.

What We Did

During the event, we had an editor working on-site, and set up a system where we used different camera cards to transfer footage every hour. This approach helped us keep up a fast pace, capturing all the important moments as the event unfolded. Throughout the day, we fully immersed ourselves into the action, making sure to capture the genuine spirit and infectious energy that filled the venue.

We effectively stayed in communication with the client, providing regular updates on our progress to ensure that we met their standards for the final product.

Results

The screening at the end of the day provided a powerful conclusion to the event. The video was well-received, captured the essence of the event, and effectively showcased the incredible impact of the organisation’s important work.

Following the success of the highlight video, we also made a version specifically tailored for the organisation’s YouTube channel, enabling them to share their story with an even larger audience, spreading awareness of their mission.

We were proud to have delivered a visually captivating and emotionally powerful video for an organisation doing such compelling work.
